We are looking for a capable, adaptable Stagehand to join THE VOID on its UK Tour (14 Sep - 7 Nov). This is a hands-on touring role working closely with the Head Technician and Director across all aspects of the production. The nature of the show means the Stagehand will play an active role in the delivery of practical stage illusions, tricks, and scare effects that are central to the audience experience. An interest (or background) in immersive or horror theatre is a bonus.
A full, clean UK driving licence is essential and a Northern England base is preferred, but is not essential.
Requirements:
Full, clean (min. 1 year, manual) UK driving licence, role will include driving a Luton box van
Previous experience in a touring or venue-based technical/stage role
Ability to work flexibly across get-ins, performances, and get-outs
Comfortable operating in darkness and fast-paced live environments
A practical, solutions-focused approach and strong team ethic
Height of 5ft 5"– 5ft 8" required (role includes body double work)
