Who are we?
Thunder Road is a multi-award-winning theatre company from Yorkshire, creating visually striking, cinematic horror shows that fuse multimedia, storytelling, and illusion.
Founded in 2011, we spent seven years as Associate Artists at Harrogate Theatre before evolving into the mid-scale touring company we are today. We tour UK-wide, currently working with Watford Palace Theatre on our sci-fi horror The Void, with a 2027 show now in development at Birmingham Rep. Over the years, we’ve built a reputation for immersive theatrical experiences that push the boundaries of live performance and captivate audiences in unexpected ways.
