When jealous minds conspire against him, young sailor Edmund Dantes is sentenced to a lifetime imprisonment. Helpless and isolated within the infamous Chateau D'if, a chance escape quenches Edmund's thirst for vengeance. The hero becomes the villain - and the villain will have his revenge.

After achieving sell out success, critical acclaim and multiple award nomination for our first production of Hyde. Thunder Road embarked on its first trans-pennine tour with fresh verve and physicality in The Count of Monte Cristo, performed once again in association with Harrogate Theatre.
